Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $100 (within Australia only).

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and current postal conditions.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within Australia including all states and territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey via the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays, particularly during busy periods like holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) to begin the claims process.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is replaced or refunded if necessary.

Address Errors
